In an initiative to show their solidarity to the coronavirus sufferers and to make their mark in strengthening Greece Medicare system, Greek football players are raiding money for the creation of an Intensive Care Unit.

The idea started from Greek International player who are plying abroad. It was quickly embraced by their colleagues at Greece and now they are very close in raising 50.000 Euro, the amount said to be needed for an Intensive Care Unit.

If the money exceed this amount, it is quite possible that they will be given for a creation of another such Unit.
