Showcasing authentic Greek products, Greek tastes can conquer the world. Greek gastronomy is the big star of 1st International Hellenic Gastronomy Conference 2018 "Greek taste beyond borders".
Aim of "Greek taste beyond borders", to be held at the Megaron Mousikis on March 5, 2018, is to strengthen, spread and unite Greek gastronomy around the world. From the original products of the Greek producers, to the creations of famous chefs in all lengths and backs of the earth.
The conference is under the aegis of the Ministries of Tourism, Economy and Development and the Municipality of Athens.
"Greek gastronomy is the most powerful weapon of Greece, to be able to spread the Greek flavors beyond the borders," said in a radio interview, to the Greek program of SBS Radio Australia, the instigator and organizer of the conference Philippos Koutras. "Everything starts with the Greek producer and becomes the lever of Economy and Tourism, a brand name called" Greek Gastronomy ".
