US President Donald Trump had a telephone conversation of Greek interest with his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
White House Deputy Spokesman Judd Deere, posting on Twitter, noted that Donald Trump "spoke with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The two leaders discussed the need to eliminate foreign intervention and maintain a truce in Libya. The leaders have agreed that violence in Syria's Idlib should stop."
"President Trump also highlighted the importance of Turkey and Greece resolving their differences in the Eastern Mediterranean."
Indicative of the ambiguity of the statement is that, both Greece and Turkey are satisfied.
