Palm Sunday services have struck a hitch with many churches around Hobart unable to source enough palm branches for tomorrows celebrations.
St Davids Cathedral posted on Facebook yesterday asking for access to large palm branches after being unable to source any for Sundays celebration.
The Cathedral has previously sourced branches from the Botanical Gardens, but that was no longer practical, while the Anglican Church in South Hobart was also a provider but it does not have enough.
