Huge response to the vaccination hub at the “All Saints” in Belmore

The president of the Greek-Orthodox Parish and Community of Belmore, Mr Stelios) (Steve) Rafeletos says that there ha seen huge response the vaccination centre that has been created in they “Gymnasium” of the All Saints College.

The building is behind the church. Mr Rafeletos says many Greeks and citizens of other communities of Belmore and surrounding areas have booked to be vaccinated against COVID-19 in this hub.

Mr Rafeletos has rejects comments on social media that this initiative of the Parish and Community is against the Orthodox faith.

“The Hellenes of Australia need to contribute in the fighting against this disease and there is nothing in this that contradicts our faith”, says Mr Rafeletos.
