Through special exercises, the course aims to help the participants to reduce stress and to accept their emotions.
«Mindfulness is a skill that allows us to avoid overeacting about something as it is happening» says Mrs Kapsalis. «That way we reduce our sense of unhappiness and increase our feeling of wellbeing».
Psychologist Helen Paneras explains that mindfulness helps us to «be present in the moment» and to reduce the impact of stressful thoughts.
