The secret of success lies in the choice of butter, but also in the right icing powder for the sprinkling.

Kourabiedes with hazelnuts

Ingredients you will need:

250g good butter

6 tablespoons of icing sugar

2 1/2 cups of hazelnuts

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 cup cognac

1 cup of icing sugar for dusting
