De Rozario held off Swiss Manuela Schaer to take out the T54 marathon by one second.
The athlete had won gold in the 800m earlier in the Games.

Madison de Rozario has won her second gold medal in Tokyo, and has become the first Australian woman to win a medal in a Paralympics marathon.
