Madison de Rozario wins her second gold medal in Tokyo, in a Paralympics marathon

Madison de Rozario has won her second gold medal in Tokyo, and has become the first Australian woman to win a medal in a Paralympics marathon.

De Rozario held off Swiss Manuela Schaer to take out the T54 marathon by one second.

The athlete had won gold in the 800m earlier in the Games.
