London-based Greek musician and producer Pavlos Melas and British writer Noonie Minogue accomplished the herculean task of translating the autobiography of Markos Vamvakaris in English under the title, "Markos Vamvakaris: The Man and the Bouzouki. Autobiography". Pavlos Melas spoke to Odysseas Kripotos about the difficult task and why he thinks that Marko's autobiography is one of the most significant books of Greek music.
