Meeting Blinken -Lavrov in a last minute effort to avert escalation in Ukraine

The foreign minister of USA is meeting his Russian counterpart today in Geneva to discuss the escalation of the crisis in the Russian - Ukraine border. Russia has assembled almost 100 thousand strong military force at its border with Ukraine.
