The visit to Australia by Greece’s prime minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is being postponed according to reliable sources that spoke to our program.

Mr Mitsotakis was to come late March and attend the Greek community’s festivities for the independence anniversary of 25th March.

It is not known if the visit will now take place later in the first six moinths of the new year, or another date during the primeministerial tenure of Mr Mitsotakis.

The visit was in essence sealed in September, when Mr Mitsotakis met his Australian counterpart, Scott Morrison during the general assembly of the UN in New York.
