Prime Minister Scott Morrison has met with state and territory leaders, and his New Zealand counterpart Jacinda Ardern to discuss the COVID-19 response.

Australia needs to flatten a new "curve" of unemployment, Prime Minister Scott Morrison says.
We now need to get one million Australians back to work, that is the curve we need to address," Mr Morrison said.

It was a historical meeting where the prime ministers of Australia and New Zealand, the premiers of the states and the chief ministers of the two territories discussed the response to COVID-19 and the trans-Tasman economic cooperation after COVID-19.
