The SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule successfully docked with the International Space Station.

The Crew Dragon attached to the forward port of the ISS’s Harmony module at 05:51 EST on 3 March while traveling in an orbit of more than 400 kilometres  above the Pacific, just north of New Zealand.

The launch is a key step towards resuming manned space flights from US soil after an eight-year break.
