A brief working visit took place in mid-February by the Research Directors of the National Observatory of Athens, Professors Konstantinos Lagouvardos and Vasiliki Kotroni for an initiative of the Observatory to cooperate with schools of the Greek Diaspora.
The students are the protagonists of this cooperation which has as its central theme the observations made about meteorology and not only about this, by the students themselves. Dimitrios Kametopoulos spoke to one of the two visiting professors-meteorologists and especially to Mr Konstantinos Lagouvardos for the intentions of their visit, about meteorology as well as the so called climate change.
