With the war in Ukraine now 400 days old, NATO forces remain alert in Eastern Europe. Meanwhile, Russia and the United States are embroiled with the arrest of a U-S journalist in Russia on charges of spying, and suspicions that Moscow is attempting to source weapons in North Korea.

The war in Ukraine has now been ongoing for 400 days.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy took the opportunity to pay tribute to all who contributed to the war effort.

Directly near Ukraine, the eastern half of Europe keeps busy.

In Romania, a drill brought together the militaries of Albania, Bulgaria, France, Georgia, Greece, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Moldova, the United States, and Turkey.
