New heatwave for the eastern states creates anxiety regarding the fires

Temperatures will start building across NSW on Thursday, with extreme heatwave conditions likely for parts of the state by early next week.

Temperatures will start building across NSW on Thursday, with extreme heatwave conditions likely for parts of the state by early next week.


Residents and authorities are bracing for another scorcher about to hit South Australia  today and New South Wales tomorrow where thirty fires remain out of control. 

Over 850 houses were destroyed in NSW and 2 firefighters died. 

In SA, the efforts to extinguish the fire in Adelaide Hills, which claimed the life of one person and destroy 84 houses,  continue unabated.
