Turkey has issued a NAVTEX for the survey vessel 'Cesme' for the next two weeks for an area between Lemnos, Skyros and Alonissos weeks after the new round of exploratory talks with Greece and while Antonio Gutteres is pursuing talks for the Cyprus question.
