The Raiders were arguably the better team on Sunday night but, as they've done all year, the Sydney Roosters knew how to capitalise on the big moments.

And that's what the Roosters are, twice in a row now, after the 14-8 win.
Since 1993 Greek Australian businessman Nick Politis has been the Chairman of the Sydney Roosters' Board of Directors.

He has been described as being ranked "among the most powerful, influential and ruthless figures in rugby league for almost 40 years" and "affectionately known as 'The Godfather' or 'Uncle Nick'".

Politis is a member of the Greek-Australian Sports Hall of Fame and in 2014, he was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (OAM).
