Nikos Kavvadias uknown connection with Melbourne

Well known Greek poet, Nikos Kavvadias, visited Melbourne on many occasions as a wireless operator on a ship that used to carry Greek migrants to Australia. Kavvadias wrote poems and stories about Melbourne. His connection to this great Australian city is highlighted in a new book written by Mimis Sophokleous. Mr Sophokleous spoke to Sotiris Hatzimanolis about his new book.
