No winner in the Athenian derby

Panathinaikos and AEK Athens failed to resolve their differences in the derby between them, and continue to walk hand in hand towards winning the title.

Prolonged agony in the Greek league as even today's derby on Leoforo failed to separate Panathinaikos and AEK, with Panathinaikos having the edge as they finished first in the regular season.

The two teams were held to zero in the most important match of the season.

This result favours Panathinaikos, who "locked" the advantage in a possible tie with AEK and if they only go through to the end with wins, they will win the title, without caring about the results of Enosis.
