NSW has announced the easing of restrictions to allow more social interaction while Victoria vows to keep the lockdown until at least two hundred tests are completed in the next two weeks.

A maximum of two adults will from Friday be permitted in NSW to visit another household for social or care reasons, with children permitted to come along.
However, NSW premier Gladys Berejiklian has warned the number of COVID-19 cases in the state will inevitably rise as restrictions on house visits ease from the end of the week.

In Victoria, premier Daniel Andrews stated today that the restrictions will remain in place for the next two weeks while avoided to say if there are plans to be lifted after the mid of May.

Mr Andrews stressed that 200 coronavirus tests are going to take place in the next two weeks.
