It is with mixed that Nick Stavroulakis will play at tomorrow's Grand Final of the NPL NSW Men’s between the "Italian" APIA and the "Croatian" Sydney United..
The Greek-Australioan has played with Sydney United for many years. He is recorded as one other "legends", has been its captaion and has celebrated with the club many titles.
However, a few months ago in the middle of the current season he left the Club, under conditions not necessarily pleasant to him, as he says.
The new football club he joined is APIA. Things have turn in a such a way, that his current and former clubs made it to the Grand Final.
Speaking to the Greek Language Program of SBS Radio, Nikos Stavroulakis made it clear that "emotions are justified off the pitch. Inside the field the aim is one and only: a victory with the team whose now you wear the jersey. That is, of APIA, for me now"
The Grand Final is tomorrow (Saturday 31-08-2019) at 6 p.m. at the Bankwest Stadium, Parramatta.
