A new book titled Our Presence in Australia was published recently. It was written by the late Ploutarhos Deligiannis who has made a significant contribution to the Greek-Australian community. Ploutarhos Deligiannis has served many community organizations and played a major role promoting the teaching of Modern Greek.The book contains a brief history of Australia as well as an introduction to the Aboriginal history and culture. But mainly it is about Ploutarxos Deligiannis and his family, his migration to Australia, his life here and his achievements, as his wife Frideriki Deligiannis told Sotiris Hatzimanolis
