Parliamentary committee to grill 'big four'

The government says the public can expect 'significant' cultural change in the banking industry to come out of hearings beginning today in Canberra.Its expected to use the three-day inquiry to push for ways to increase competition in the industry by making it easier for customers to switch banks.Spiros Papastefanou reports
