Greek-Australians who own property in Greece should pay their annual Single Property Tax (ENFIA) to avoid any future problems.Greek lawyer Christos Iliopoulos told Sotiris Hatzimanolis that those who do not pay their ENFIA tax will not be able to sell their properties in future.Single Property Tax (ENFIA) notifications for real estate owners in Greece are available online . Real estate owners can visit www.gsis.gr for more information. The tax can be paid in five monthly installments, with a first payment until September 30 and the last one January 31.
