Perasma is a humble, drive through bakery and café in Oakleigh from which the aromas of fresh coffee and home made pastries fill the air. It was established two years ago by two young Greeks who had arrived recently in Australia. One of them, Kirillos Tsibikidis, spoke to Sotiris Hatzimanolis about their venture.
