Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull says a new defence blueprint will deliver jobs and investment in advanced, high-tech manufacturing and more economic activity in regional Australia. The defence white paper, to be released tomorrow, aims to increase by 5000 the number of uniformed personnel in the defence force.
