Prickles the sheep had a... haircut fleeced seven years of wool

Prickles the sheep who disappeared when she was just a lamb, when the 2013 bushfires destroyed the boundary fences of Dunalley farm, had a... haircut.

After seven years of growth, Prickles's produce 13,6 kilograms of shorn fleece — nowhere near the record-holder Chris the merino from Canberra.

While Prickles's wool did not outweigh Chris's, it did manage to raise $12,000 for charity.
