Greek PM, Kyriakos Mitsotakis welcomes the Archbishop of Australia Mr Makarios at Maximus Palace.
Assistant Bishops of Apollonia Seraphim and Dervis Ezekiel accompanied Mr. Makarios on his visit.
The Greek Prime Minister, after warmly welcoming the Archbishop, wished him well in his new role in Australia.
Makarios and Mitsotakis talked about issues related to the Greek community and the work of the Greek church in Australia.
Next stop for Mr Makarios is Fanari and Jerusalem where he will have meetings with Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and Patriarch of Jerusalem, Theophilos.
