Soon the NSW Parliamentary inquiry will release the findings on the report that held for the widespread abuse of elderly people.
According to the Australian Institute of Criminology, as many as 50,000 people in NSW experience some form of elder abuse.
Shadow Minister for Ageing, Sophie Cotsis MLC, talks to Stergos Kastelloriou saying this inquiry needed to get to the bottom of why such a large number of older people were abused each year.
