A Greek scientific study gives hope for the fight against COVID-19.

As the head of the research, Evangelos Yamarellos-Bourboulis, reports in our program, a biopharmaceutical product used to treat rheumatoid arthritis promises to reduce deaths and hospitalisations caused by COVID-19.

The study involving several members of the Greek scientific community on the treatment of COVID-19 disease was recently published in the medical journal Nature Medicine.
