Rudd blames Turnbull for blocking his bid for UN job

Former Prime Minister Kevin Rudd is blaming current PM, Malcolm Turnbull, for thwarting his ambitions to become Secretary-General of the United Nations. Mr Turnbull was left to make the decision about supporting Mr Rudd's bid for the UN top job after Cabinet was divided on the issue. But there are reports Mr Turnbull ignored Department of Foreign Affairs advice to support him and backed away from his own previously expressed approval for him. Emma Papaemmanouil reports.
