The Council for Hellenes Abroad, (SAE) for the region of Oceania and Far East had its annual general meeting last Sunday at the premises of the Cyprus Community of NSW in Sydney’s suburb, Stanmore. The Council for Hellenes Abroad, (SAE) for the region of Oceania and Far East had its annual general meeting last Sunday at the premises of the Cyprus Community of NSW in Sydney’s suburb, Stanmore.


There were participants from Sydney and other Australian cities. The attendees talked at length about the issue of the right for the Greek abroad to be able to vote at the greek elections and the upcoming proposals of the new Greek government for the future of SAE.
