The service will commence at 11.30 am and will take place at the Cathedral of the Annunciation of Our Lady in Redfern, Sydney.
The Archbishop's relic will be in the same place from 4pm on Friday for the flock to come and pay their final respects.
According to an announcement by the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia, the Cathedral will remain open throughout the night.
