Prime Minister Scott Morrison has confirmed he is weighing up the possibility of deregistering the Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union.
Mr Morrison has told Macquarie Radio he will assess his options after the CFMEU's Victorian Secretary posted a controversial photo to social media.
The Twitter image, which shows John Setka's children holding an explicit sign targeted at the construction industry regulator, has been criticised by some.
Mr Setka has since returned to the social media site to concede it 'was emotional on Father’s Day after tough year on family. Shouldn’t have included kids. Now deleted.
