Jordan Gogos' childhood home in Australia, where vibrant textiles and intricate embroidery adorned the walls, now serves as a wellspring for inspiration, resulting in pieces bursting with bold energy yet rooted in familiar forms and techniques.
“The art that I produce was produced by them”, says Jordan, paying homage to the women before him who’d spend hours on the loom fabricating intricate textiles. "The brand is a vessel for showing these things", he adds.

Known for disrupting traditional runway shows, Gogos has included individuals from diverse backgrounds in his presentations, blurring the lines between fashion insiders and the wider community.
As George Raftopoulos puts it, "That's the role of the designer and the artist. to bring people... who aren't necessarily aligned with that thinking; to bring them in."
“When I do a collaboration, I have to feel that resonance with the other person. That's what a collaboration is”, says George on their AFW collaboration..

“Sometimes it's just powerful to come together, like even if the piece was not an outcome that was anticipated, the idea of a collaboration is sometimes more exciting than the actual work.”
