Labor looks to have scored a tactical win out of this week's special sitting of Parliament, forcing Cabinet Secretary Arthur Sinodinos to front an inquiry it's established into political fundraising.
The Government's calling the move a violation of parliamentary principals and is warning it sets a troubling precedent.
