The Rhodian ice-cream "Gelateria Palladio" made it in the top 3 best tasting ice-creams in a European competition that took place recently, the creation of which is chef Dimitrios Charalambous.
Mr Charalambous, who left a rather successful career as a lawyer, turning to his love for ice-cream and following this dream, spoke to Stergos Kastelloriou for this distinction as well as his efforts to enter a world-wide competiton for the best ice-cream on the planet!
