Abstaining from certain foods for religious reasons, as, for instance for the Greek Orthodox Christians' period of 'Sarakosti', the 40-day-long Lenten period cannot be painful because there are many nutrition options. Nutritionist Dimitra Papamichou talks to SBS Greek.
