Nanga Parbat, whose name in Greek means "Naked Mountain", will try to be concoured on August 7 by well-known Greek climber, Antonis Sykaris.

Also known as "Killer Mountain", Nanga Parbat was one of the deadliest mountains for climbers in the first half of the twentieth century.

Since then, though to a lesser extent, it is still one of the most dangerous mountains.

The steep incline of its peak that rises above the ground far below make Nanga Parbat a difficult and dangerous climb.

Antonis Sykaris, who recently became the first Greek to conquer four of the world's highest peaks, spoke to SBS Greek for his  new effort and also for his recent success.
