The Pallaconian Brotherhood of Melbourne and Victoria "Leonidas" held an Anzac ceremony at Sparta Place, Brunswick. Officials made speeches about the not so well known battle of Thermopylae, which took place on April 24 1941 between the Anzacs and the Germans.George Attilakos spoke to Sotiris Hatzimanolis about the significance of this battle.
