The Independent Commission Against Corruption has found three former New South Wales Labor ministers engaged in serious corrupt conduct.
The long-awaited report from ICAC's investigation into Australian Water Holdings made no corrupt findings against cabinet minister Arthur Sinodinos.
But it was found that Tony Kelly, Eddie Obeid and Joe Tripodi engaged in serious corrupt conduct in relation to their actions concerning a public - private partnership proposal between the water company and the state government.
Dina Gerolymou and Themis Kallos discuss the story.
