Stefanos Tsitsipas had a relatively easy win against Alexander Zverev, 2-0 sets and progressed to the semi-finals of the tournament which is played in London.

The Greek player, No 6 in the world, took the first set 6-3 and the second 6-2. He faces next Rafael Nadal, but whatever the result, Tsitsipas will be at the semi.

The same doesn’t apply to the World No 1 who needs to the win. Earlier today the Spaniard had a big comeback against Russia’s Daniil Medvededv. He was a set down, saved a match point and at the end prevailed 2-1 sets.

The series continues tomorrow. Austria’s Dominic Thiem plays Italy’s Matteo Berrettini and Novak Djocovic faces Roger Federer.
