Millions have voted in Turkey's presidential referendum, and it appears president Recep Tayyip Erdogan will get his way. Although the vote has turned out closer than expected, the "yes" votes appear to have won. The subsequent constitutional changes will transform Turkey from a parliamentary system to an executive presidency, giving President Erdogan more power than ever before.
