It is 2 years yesterday since the political party of SYRIZA was elected to the Greek government on the 25 January 2015 and this occasion was marked with celebration by party members as well as through the publication of an extensive announcement. The Greek opposition parties though reacted rather strongly for the two years of government of the SYRIZA-ANEL synthesis through the use of not so adorning phrases or words.

Meanwhile, the Greek society has been provoked by the publication of photos online showing soldiers in Messolonghi making with their hands the symbol-signal of the double-headed eagle found on the Albanian flag resulting in the strong reaction by the Greek Defence Minister Panos Kammenos. Dimitrios Kametopoulos talks to Themis Kallos about these developments in the political and the army landscape of Greece.
