"We are either on the precipice of a breakthrough or of a collapse". Apparently, this is what UN's General Secretary, Special Envoy, for Cyprus, Espen Barth Eide, said in an interview to a Turkish Cypriot newspaper in reference to the ongoing Cyprus talks.
