UN says there are credible evidence linking crown prince to Khashoggi's murder

A report by the the UN's special rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions, Agnes Callamard has concluded that there are ''credible evidence'' that link Saudi Arabia's crown prince to the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

A report by the the UN's special rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions, Agnes Callamard has concluded that there are ''credible evidence'' that link Saudi Arabia's crown prince to the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.


Agnes Callamard has reached the conclusion that there are credible evidence that point to Saudi Arabia's crown prince Mohammed bin Salman being involved with the murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.  

Mrs Callamard has called the UN Secretary General António Guterres to begin a follow up international criminal investigation of Mr Khashoggi's murder and the crown prince's involvement.

Saudi Minister of State of Foreign Affairs, Adel Aljubeir said via twitter, that Mrs Callamard's report «Offers nothing new» and that it contains baseless claims.
