Victoria eases some restrictions, SA opens borders with ACT

South Australia will drop its quarantine requirements for travellers from the ACT from midnight on Tuesday. Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has announced regional Victoria will move into the third stage of the COVID-19 roadmap out of restrictions from Thursday.
