September is dedicated to dementia. By mid-century, nearly one million people will be living with dementia in Australia. Emma Papaemmanouil spoke with a Greek- Australian who lost his wife to this illness, but also with Georgia Tsempeti responsible for dementia patients in Frontida Care. In Australia there is a National Helpline for Dementia - phone number 1800 100 500. If you need an interpreter in Greek you can call at 131 450.
