ભાડા પર ઘર લેતી વખતે આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ધ્યાનમાં લેવા જેવી બાબતો

ભારત કે અન્ય દેશોથી ઓસ્ટ્રેલિયા ઉચ્ચ અભ્યાસ માટે આવનારા આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ઘણી વખત રીયલ એસ્ટેટ એજન્ટ પાસેથી ઘર ભાડે લેવાને બદલે કોઇ ઓળખાણ, અન્ય વ્યક્તિની મદદ કે કોઇ વેબસાઇટ પર મૂકવામાં આવેલા જાહેરાત પરથી જ ઘર ભાડે લઇ લેતા હોય છે. અને, ત્યાર બાદ ઘણી વખત ઘર ભાડે આપનાર લોકો વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સાથે નાણાકિય છેતરપીંડી કરે છે. ઘર ભાડે લેતી વખતે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ કઇ બાબતનું ધ્યાન રાખવું તે અંગે માહિતી આપી રહ્યા છે ધવલ મહેતા.
